“Tomorrow May Be Too Late”

“Tomorrow May Be Too Late”

Anger fans the flame; the hostility intensifies
Momentum builds; it’s only a matter of time
The saints wait expectantly; with anticipation
For their Redeemer; the God of their salvation

Suddenly, He’ll remove them from the stage
Exiting a world of sin, lost in its rebellious rage
What Scripture predicts will be brought to bear
Let this Truth be known; dear reader, be aware

God never changes; His Word remains the same
Seek Him, or you’ll only have yourself to blame
Choose your eternity; don’t gamble on your fate
Heed His call now, for tomorrow may be too late

II Peter 3:9 (NASB)
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

James 4:14 (NASB)
Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.

“An Enduring Legacy”

“An Enduring Legacy”

God’s given you His sufficient grace
To handle whatever today might bring
Don’t fret over what you can’t control
Seek Him in prayer about everything

Let your mind linger upon His Word
Let Scripture refresh your weary soul
Let Him do with your life as He wills
Let knowing Him better be your goal

This life passes by in the blink of an eye
It’s like a drop of water in an endless sea
Treasures stored up in Heaven last forever
A tribute to His glory; an enduring legacy

Psalms 84:11 (NASB)
For the LORD God is a sun and shield;
The LORD gives grace and glory;
No good thing does He withhold
from those who walk uprightly.

“Bought And Paid For”

“Bought And Paid For”

My Dear One, do not get discouraged
Turn your eyes toward Me, every day
Seek Me, and I will strengthen you
And I will listen to you as you pray

Do not let doubts take ahold of you
Learn to trust Me, and fear no more
I purchased you with My own blood
You are Mine; bought and paid for

Philippians 4:6-7 (NASB)
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Psalms 94:19 (NASB)
When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul.

Matthew 11:29-30 (NASB)
29 “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.
30 “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
