“He Is Your Destiny” (re-post)

“He Is Your Destiny”

He is your Redeemer; Your Forever Friend
His love, mercy, and grace will never end
He is mighty and invincible in His power
Eternal Lord and King; Shelter and Tower

Dependence upon Jesus makes you strong
His Word sustains and carries you along
Prayer is your source of peace and hope
Brings you through; enables you to cope

Remember all that He has done for you
He has forgiven you and made you new
His Truth is like a mirror; in it you see
Your Savior’s Face; He is your destiny

Psalms 37:39-40 (NASB)
39 But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in time of trouble.
40 The LORD helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, Because they take refuge in Him.

We’ll Never Walk Alone”

“We’ll Never Walk Alone”

When we’re weak and tired
So exhausted, we can’t go on
We trust our Lord to lead us
His Word keeps us strong

Prayer is vital to our lives
Listening, talking with Him
He teaches us to recognize
His still, small voice within

Each day brings challenges
Circumstances yet unknown
But this we can be sure of
We’ll never walk alone

Psalms 73:23 (NASB)
Nevertheless I am continually with You; You have taken hold of my right hand.

“Bought And Paid For”

“Bought And Paid For”

My Dear One, do not get discouraged
Turn your eyes toward Me, every day
Seek Me, and I will strengthen you
And I will listen to you as you pray

Do not let doubts take ahold of you
Learn to trust Me, and fear no more
I purchased you with My own blood
You are Mine; bought and paid for

Philippians 4:6-7 (NASB)
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Psalms 94:19 (NASB)
When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul.

Matthew 11:29-30 (NASB)
29 “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.
30 “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

“Each Moment”

“Each Moment”

Entrust each moment to the Lord
Extinguish all fiery arrows of fear
Plant deep His Truth in your heart
For He is your Solid Fortress near

Listen with your heart to His Word
Intently, purposefully, prayerfully
He’ll change you from inside out
Follow His commands carefully

Things you do for Him are eternal
Let Him be your joy and delight
Think on that which lasts forever
That which is true, pure, and right

Psalm 9:9-10 (NASB)
9 The LORD also will be a stronghold for the oppressed, A stronghold in times of trouble
10 And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, For You, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You

II Corinthians 10:5 (NASB)
We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ

“Faithful Always”

“Faithful Always”

God doesn’t give up
He never lets you go
He’s faithful always
This you need to know

He never abandons you
He sticks by your side
His Word promises this
He’ll lead and guide

He wants to help you
With everyday tasks
Nothing’s too small
All you must do is ask

As you plan your way
He directs your steps
From the little matters
To the most complex

He desires all of you
Heart, soul, and mind
Give yourself to Him
His peace you’ll find

Psalms 89:8 (NASB)
O LORD God of hosts, who is like You, O mighty LORD? Your faithfulness also surrounds You.

Isaiah 43:1 (NASB)
Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine!

“True Peace”

“True Peace”

The earth shakes and trembles
Evil runs rampant all around
We will praise His Holy Name
In God our true peace is found

He holds in place the universe
He guides and directs all things
Sovereign over time and space
He knows what each day brings

So why do we worry and fret
About tomorrow yet unknown
He is God; He Reigns Supreme
Trust in Him and in Him Alone

Psalms 31:14 (NASB)
But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD, I say, “You are my God.”

Isaiah 26:3 (NASB)
The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, Because he trusts in You.
